We offer Fast and Discreet shipping! The above image is a example of the label on your package! We keep it discreet! There are no markings on the box as well! We also Show up on your credit card statement And Package label as "Don't Throw It Out LLC"
If expedited shipping is needed, additional shipping charges will apply. Certain items are not available for next day shipping - it is listed in the item description.
Orders with overnight or 2nd day requests will still need one business day to process.
Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays are not considered business days.
For expedited shipping, the credit card billing address must match the shipping address as well as the address on file with your credit card company. Sorry, no overnight shipping to international addresses.
UPS requires a physical address (no P.O. boxes) for delivery. If you have a P.O. Box as a delivery address, simply specify USPS as your shipping method.
Return and Refund Policy:
For sanitary purposes, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (subject to a 15% restocking fee). Please send an e-mail (to sexydees@gmail.com) explaining what was defective before mailing, and we will give you instructions on how to return.
Due to the ease of duplication, video and audiotapes are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened videos for up to thirty days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We can only accept opened videos for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same video at our cost. We cannot offer credit or an exchange for a different product for any video that has been opened. Before you return any item, please contact our Customer Service Department at sexydees@gmail.com.
